John holds a PhD and Board Certification at the Doctoral level (BCBA-D). He brings extensive experience supporting people in complex and high-risk situations, with a practical focus on building capability, strengthening safety, and reducing restrictive practices through sustainable approaches. He has published research in peer-reviewed journals and presented his work at international conferences.
Oliver holds a Master of Arts and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). He is a respected and experienced consultant in clinical practice, with deep expertise in specialist behaviour support and practitioner supervision, and leads the Sydney practice. His clinical leadership is informed by the Constructional Approach, emphasising skill development, environmental design, and durable outcomes.
